3D Seat Maps

To achieve the goal of merchandising Delta's branded products (cabin experiences) and driving upsell, I crafted copy for the A321ceo and A339 3D seat map experiences found in the shopping path. I intended for the copy to 1) clearly explain how to interact with the experience and 2) highlight key product attributes via the integrated hotspots.

When deciding what to highlight, I used recent research that revealed the most important attributes for customers when traveling in each cabin experience.

Policy Messaging in Seat Map

To inform corporate travel customers if their seat is in or out of their company's policy, we incorporated a tool tip which updates upon selection.
